📢 How The Fix-It Kick Hurts Everyone
The Fix-It Kick really hurts. It hurts patients, and it hurts professionals, too.
Sue Cradock has spent decades trying to stop the hurt. A diabetes specialist nurse, educator, and coach, she’s seen how even well-trained professionals fall back into fixing — and how much damage that does.
In my Substack this week, Sue shares her story - and the impact of Clean Language on her practice.

⚡ #CleanInTheWild: In the Nursing Standard
Clean Language has been introduced to the readers of Nursing Standard, the UK’s most-read nursing journal.

🔎 How AI Enables A Cognitive Stretch
You’ll have seen lots of articles about how AI is making students into lazy thinkers, following that MIT study. But working closely with AI over recent months, that hasn’t been my experience - it’s stretching me in ways I could never have imagined!

🎓 Create Compelling Clean Experiences
Picture this: You're in a meeting, trying to explain why Clean Language could change everything.
You talk about the questions, the philosophy, the history, the benefits. People seem interested, but somehow nothing changes. Sound familiar?
Now imagine walking into that same meeting and saying, "Let me show you..."
Within minutes, the room has shifted. People are leaning forward, asking "What just happened?" and "How do I learn more?"
That’s the power of experience over explanation — and it’s exactly what you’ll master in this intensive half-day training with me and Steve McCann.
